What is Universal Source Energy:   "Universal Energy is the basis of our entire existence.  The warmth of the sun that heats our bodies, the gas we use in our car, the electricity used in the household, are in fact forms of the same energy.  Universal energy is the energy that sustains life, providing vital energy to all living systems."  We live in the Universe called Earth:   Source is that which something comes or can be obtained from.  Energy is you, me and everything around us.  Science has proven that everything is made of the same energy.  Imagine the untapped potential in getting control of your own energy system?  We take care of our physical bodies, why not our energetic body?    It is best to set your intentions and clear your space before beginning any healing or meditation practices.  And ask Source to assist you.  Source can be whatever label you choose.  It's your personal journey.  Sit in a quiet place, hold your hands at heart level (or in your lap), and visualize the area in your life you want charged  (or changed).  This will personalize your connections with the Universe Source Energy and allow the needed energy to come to you in a more direct way.  We are all conduits to this energy source.
